-We will place your order for you and deliver it to your Office, Home, or Hotel.

Which restaurants can I order from?
-CarryOut-Cab has partnered with many of Boise's best restaurants.
-These restaurants offer a wide variety of food for you to choose from.
-Just visit the Boise Delivery or Meridian Delivery page to view their menus.
-Then call CarryOut-Cab to place your order.
What is the minimum order?
Our minimum food order per restaurant is $15.00.
What does it cost?
CarryOut-Cab will deliver your food from any of our Featured Restaurants for a minimum delivery fee of $5 (plus a 5% convenience charge).
-Customers paying cash receive a 5% discount.
-Gratuity is not included and always appreciated.
-12% gratuity is automatically added to orders over $50.
-Menu prices are the same as if you were ordering directly
from the restaurant.

Am I supposed to tip the driver?
Your driver works very hard to make sure your food arrives in a timely manner. They are also responsible for their own gas, insurance, and vehicle maintenance. If you feel your driver did a good job for you, a 12%-15% tip is common.
How long does it take for delivery?
CarryOut-Cab will make every effort to have your meal to you in 45-60 minutes. Extra time may be necessary during peak restaurant kitchen times, heavy traffic, inclement weather, if you are ordering from more than one restaurant, or depending on your distance from the restaurant.

Can I cancel my order?
Once CarryOut-Cab places the order with the restaurant and they begin preparing your food, an order may NOT be cancelled.
Can I change my order?
If the driver has not left the restaurant and it will not take too long, it may be possible to change your order.
What if I need a delivery during non-delivery hours?
We can make special deliveries for you. Please call us in advance to set up your special delivery time. We will gladly deliver outside normal delivery hours if you have a special occasion which needs catering to.
How will my food be transported?
We use thermal insulated bags to keep your food hot while we transport it. These bags also have extra compartments to keep your cold food separated from your hot food.
Do you accept restaurant coupons, discounts, etc?
Restaurant gift certificates, coupons, or discounts cannot be used for delivery.
